The opinion of our oenologist
Garnet color of medium intensity with some brick reflections. 1st nose of leather, animal notes then spicy woody notes to finish with aromas of ripe fruit after aeration. The palate is supple, round without aggressiveness ending on liquorice notes.
A wine ready to be tasted and decanted 1 to 2 hours before serving to bring out the fruit.
