Grenache / Cinsault / Mourvèdre / Vermentino / Syrah / Cabernet-Sauvignon
Vinification:
Harvest cooled by a tubular heat exchanger upon arrival from the cellar. Soft pneumatic pressing with selection of the first juices. Thermo-regulated fermentation between 16 and 17°C. Aging on fine lees until bottling.
