Grenache / Cinsault / Mourvèdre / Vermentino / Syrah / Cabernet-Sauvignon
Winemaking:
Harvest cooled by a tubular exchanger upon arrival from the cellar. Soft pneumatic pressing with selection of the first juices. Fermentation thermo-regulated between 16 and 17°C. Aging on the fine lees until bottling.
Suggested serving temperature: 10 – 12° C
Aging potential : 1 an
Alcohol by volume : 12,5°
