On our estate & property, 450 olive trees benefit from the warmth and light of the South to produce an average of over 800 kilos of magnificent olives, which, when ripe, will give a top-quality olive oil. Once the harvest is complete, the olives are pressed at Monsieur BERNAOU’s mill.
