ASSOCIATION OF 5 GRAPES
Grenache: brings richness, fullness and power to the wine.
Cinsault: is ideal for making rosé wine; it brings freshness, finesse and fruitiness to the wine.
Mourvèdre: who likes to look at the sea to mature properly. In its youth, it brings aromas of violets and blackberries.
Cabernet-Sauvignon: gives the wine a tannic structure, powerful and sweet at the same time.
Rolle: gives a wine with aromas of citrus and pear, fat and balanced.
TASTING
Very pale flesh-coloured dress. Fine nose of ripe fruit, apricot, fig, evolving into dried fruit. The palate is well balanced, round with a tangerine finish. to associate with a kitchen of the garden, modern, Mediterranean. It is a fresh and refreshing wine, ideal for convivial meals such as barbecues, picnics as well as for aperitifs.
