Our oenologist’s opinion
Brilliant golden yellow color with lovely effervescence. Complex nose with candied fruit and hints of butter. The palate is full-bodied and greedy, finishing on notes of hazelnut. Long-lasting bubbles.

Our sparkling wine is made using the Champagne method and aged in our cellars. Its beautiful effervescence, with fine, persistent bubbles, is a surprising pleasure to drink.
