Grenache / Cinsault / Mourvèdre / Vermentino / Syrah / Cabernet-Sauvignon
Vinification:
Harvest cooled by a tubular heat exchanger as soon as it arrives from the cellar. Gentle pneumatic pressing with selection of the first juices. Fermentation thermo-regulated between 16 and 17°C. Aged on fine lees until bottling.
Serving temperature: 10 – 12° C
